Happy New Year to all!
As you can see, my last post was August 2009....it has been awhile!
Lot's of changes going on around our house, more to follow later. We've had a wonderful Christmas & New Years holiday break. We made many stops & visits along the way, then fortunately had several days off at home to rest up, clean up & clean out!
During December, Bella took her 1st trip to the Pink Pig, her 1st trip to the Magical Night of Lights and we celebrated with her classmates at The Academy's Christmas program (which was a sight to see).
Christmas festivities began at Scott & Mom's with the Shope family...the girls got dress up trunks FULL of clothes, jewelry, shoes & more!
Christmas morning, we spent it admiring all that Santa brought then on to the Dunagan's for Christmas brunch. Mills & Bella's last surprise were an Escalade & Gator...yes, little vehicles of their own. They got to ride for a short time, due to snow & rain but oh what a time they had!
We loaded up, unloaded at home, loaded up again & then off to AL for Christmas at my Dad & Sarah's. WOW ~ Santa REALLY showed up everywhere we went. Sunday, we spent the day in Union Springs, visiting each of my Grandmother's there then back to Dad's where we stayed until Tuesday afternoon.
Thankfully, Trip has the week of Christmas off work so he got a break & was a huge help in cleaning up & cleaning out.
Back to reality now & getting settled into 2011. I WILL be posting on a more regular basis now & hope you come back to see what's going on around our home.
